1) All deliveries are fulfilled by a local delivery carrier appointed by Doraemon Fan Club, Singapore.

2) Should customer insist on other delivery carriers/methods, Doraemon Fan Club, Singapore does not hold any responsibilities or be liable for the lost or damage caused to the contents delivered.

3) Self-pickup location and time to accommodate Doraemon Fan Club, Singapore's operational needs.

4) Waiting time for delivery varies from 3 working days to 20 working days depending on stock availability.

5) Doraemon Fan Club, Singapore reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event that any changes are made, the revised terms and conditions shall be posted immediately. 

6) In case of dispute, Doraemon Fan Club, Singapore's decision shall be final.
